About

We build the product first, so the decision is easy.

ThinkShift is an AI-native product validation company. We turn an idea into a real, working product, fast, scoped to exactly what proves it, so founders and companies can validate, demo and raise before committing to a full team.

Why we exist

The old way is a guess with a budget attached.

The usual path to a new product is backwards. You write the spec, hire the team, and spend the months and the money, all before you know whether the thing works or anyone wants it. By the time you have proof, you have already committed to the answer.

We do it the other way around. We build the real product with AI and prove it with real users first, so the team and the budget follow evidence instead of a pitch. AI gives us the speed. Senior product and engineering judgment is what makes the result hold up.

That means naming the hard parts out loud: the architecture, the reliability, the evaluation, and the calls about what to build for real versus what to fake for now. Speed without those decisions is just a faster way to build the wrong thing.

Not an agency. Not a studio. Not an "AI development company." We build proof so you can decide.

What we believe

Four things that shape everything we build.

Hiring to test an idea is backwards.

Build the product first. Decide on evidence you can click, not a deck and a hope.

AI gives the speed. Judgment makes it hold up.

Anyone can prompt. The value is in architecture, reliability, and knowing what is worth building. We name those parts instead of hiding them.

Scoped to exactly what proves it.

A first MVP, a single critical feature, or a phased build. We build only the part that carries the answer, and no more.

We build what we preach.

Our own products, from PraxisAI to Prism, are proof we can take an idea to working software, not a portfolio of slides.

Founder

Founded and led by Imran Baig.

Imran's work sits where product leadership meets applied AI: taking ideas from concept to working product, and deciding what is actually worth building. ThinkShift is where that discipline becomes a way of working for founders and companies, turning validation into something you can see and use rather than argue about.

Based in Dubai, working with founders and companies worldwide. His writing and advisory work live at imranbaig.io.
