Products

The products we've built.

Every one of these started as an idea and became working software, engineered to prove it before a full team was ever hired. They are how we show what we can build for you, and each carries an honest status, from live MVP to concept.

Simulation & assessment

PraxisAI

MVP · Live

Human skills, proven. Practice high-stakes conversations with realistic AI clients, then get scored on real competency.

Trainee therapists and counsellors have nowhere safe to practice real client conversations, and peer role-play is inconsistent and unassessed. Programs can measure attendance, not competence. PraxisAI is a simulation, assessment and competency platform, starting with mental-health training.

What it does
  • AI client personas with emotional modellingRealistic, varied clients to practice on, in place of inconsistent peer role-play.
  • Voice, video-avatar and chat modesPractice that matches real session conditions, not just typed dialogue.
  • Per-session competency scoringObjective feedback on skills, in place of subjective, infrequent notes.
  • Skill progression trackingA longitudinal view of readiness, not a one-off practice run.
  • Scenario libraryDeliberate coverage of clinical presentations and emotional states.
Why it holds up

The score is the product. We built assessment and competency tracking as the core, not a talking chatbot, and went deep in one sensitive vertical first, built to expand into education, leadership and sales later.

ThinkShift CX

Demo-ready MVP

Sales, service, comms and email in one system of record, queryable in plain language.

Businesses run on a CRM, a service tool, email and chat that do not talk to each other, so there is no single source of truth. To learn the status of a deal or a complaint, a leader asks three people or opens four tools. ThinkShift CX unifies sales, aftersales, comms and email onto one record, with an AI layer that lets leadership query the whole business conversationally.

What it does
  • Unified sales + aftersales CRMOne system of record; deal and service history on the same contact.
  • Customer AI agent (EN/AR, chat + voice)Handles repetitive inbound consistently and escalates with full context.
  • Internal chat + two-way email syncOps comms and customer email live on the record, not in WhatsApp and inboxes.
  • NotesInstitutional knowledge attached to the right record, not in someone's head.
  • Internal AI assistant + CX intelligenceAsk in plain language; feedback ranked into themes and priority issues.
Why it holds up

One multi-tenant, multi-vertical architecture, configured per client without code forks, and proven first in automotive aftersales. A single contact shows an open sales deal and a service booking side by side. That screen is the product argument.

Idea validation

CaliberAI

Demo-ready MVP

A white-label platform that coaches a raw idea to fundable quality, then routes it through a human-led review pipeline to an auditable funding decision.

Most idea validation is a single AI prompt that agrees with the founder and cites nothing, and most early funding calls happen on instinct with no record of why. CaliberAI scores an idea against the fund's own rubric with cited reasoning, coaches the founder to the weakest area first, then routes it through three human gates, PM, CTO and COO, each decision recorded to an audit trail.

What it does
  • Rubric scoring with cited reasoningScores every idea against the fund's own rubric, with a citation behind each criterion.
  • Coaching loopNames the single highest-impact weakness and how to fix it, until the idea clears the bar.
  • Three human decision gatesQuality, feasibility and funding, decided by a person, with AI as decision support and never the decider.
  • Auditable decision trailEvery gate decision recorded with its rationale to an append-only audit trail.
  • Isolated, white-label tenantsRuns as a separate white-label instance per fund, with isolation proven by automated tests.
Why it holds up

CaliberAI is built as a system, not a prompt. Scoring runs on a stateful pipeline with schema-validated outputs at every step, and a citation-or-flag rule means no criterion is scored without retrieving and citing its rubric definition; anything uncited is flagged for a human rather than shown as fact. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database with row-level security and proven by automated policy tests, and every change ships through independent AI code review plus unit, end-to-end and accessibility gates. An adversarial critic refutes the bull case, and an evaluation harness scores the evaluator against a golden set, so quality is measured, not assumed.

Community & incentives

Elysium

Prototype

A contribution economy that rewards residents for verified sustainable action, and is designed to fund itself.

Community sustainability programs run on goodwill, so participation fades once the novelty does, and self-reported contributions cannot prove who actually did the work. Elysium turns resident sustainability into a verified contribution economy: real actions are checked, rewarded, and pooled toward collective community goals.

What it does
  • AI-verified contributionsAn action is checked before it earns credit, so rewards are fair.
  • Fair reward loopVerified actions earn points residents can redeem, a tangible return on effort.
  • Collective community goalPools individual contributions into a visible shared target, so small actions add up.
  • Contribution ledger per residentA trustworthy record of who did what, in place of "I did my part."
  • 90-day experiment frameworkHoldout groups and hypotheses to prove the model lifts participation before scaling.
Why it holds up

Designed around a real master-planned community in Dubai, taken from discovery and five resident personas through to a working prototype. Verification over self-reporting, with a contribution model structured to pay for its own rewards.

Applied-AI venture

Prism Strategic AI

Under development

A described business problem, turned into a strategy-grade diagnosis and a 12-week roadmap, grounded in your data and delivered in your brand.

Prism is ThinkShift's own applied-AI venture, and the clearest example of the product work we do for clients. It acts like an on-demand management consultant: someone describes a business problem, and Prism reads their documents, runs live market research, applies the right consulting framework, and returns a branded diagnosis and a phased action plan. The same discipline we bring to client engagements, re-engineered as software.

How it works
  • Describe the problemState the challenge and upload the relevant documents.
  • Ground the analysisPrism reads those documents and runs live market research, so every finding traces to real evidence.
  • Apply the right lensIt selects the best-fit method from a library of 40 frameworks, from classic strategy to modern go-to-market and product-growth thinking.
  • Deliver the workA diagnosis and a 12-week roadmap, compiled into a white-labeled PDF and slide deck in the client's own brand.
Why we built it

ThinkShift does not just advise, we build. Prism is us practicing what we preach: taking a complex, high-value service and turning it into a scalable applied-AI product. If you are wondering how we would approach your build, Prism is the answer in working form.
